This is our hour of power! This 60 minute barbell class strengthens all your muscles with inspiring & motivation music

Stretch-n-Tone

An hour of stretching and toning to increase flexibility

Yoga

One hour Hatha Yoga, a combination of asanas (poses) and pronayama (breathing). More than stretching, it maximizes health and well being. Mats are provided or you can bring your own.

Zumba
